She's obviously Jackie-O, while A$AP Rocky plays her love interest in the video, JFK. It's really endearing to watch. Somehow, you surpass the grill and French braids, and can really see him playing the part. It's pretty interesting to watch.
NOW, let's dive into her wardrobe, because YAAAAAS.
So, let me just speak on how mamas eyelash game was played like Jamal Buster quit Rihanna, okay?
AND let's dive into the fact that her hair was laid like silk satin sheets over a hood rats gelled down baby hair, alright? Let's talk about that.
Like, you guys. Lana can do no wrong. Not in these eyes. She looks phenomenal! Click the jump for more screens.
The only thing that tied me up was that she channeled Marilyn in the beginning singing "Happy Birthday Mr. President", but aside from that, it was awesome.
So, yes. I'm obsessed with this. Everyone looks amazing. The wardrobe was perf, the make-up, the man, the kids. The edit was AH-MAZING.
Nothing could've been better. My favorite part was the end when Jacqueline Kennedy's letter is read. It's almost haunting, it's so beautiful.
So, here's the video.
It was perfection and I'm so happy to have been able to see it. There's hope for the music video future after all.
